Mix in pumpkin and vanilla.&lt;br /&gt;Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the creamed mixture, beating well.&lt;br /&gt;Fill 12 greased muffin cups 2/3 full (don’t use paper baking cup liners). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Boil until soft (not mushy, cause once you start mixing everything in, you will have mashed potatoes with sausage and veggies :) )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix the Gravy mix with milk in a small bow, be sure all clumps are out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once potatoes are done, drain most but not all of the water, I usually save some aside in case I drained too much, then I can add it back.&lt;br /&gt;Add the vegies and sausage and stir.&lt;br /&gt;Add Gravy mix&lt;br /&gt;This is where it gets tricky, it should be a little thick but not too thick, it should still be like a soup. If it is too thick you can add more water or milk until it is at the right consistency that you like.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We top it with some cheese and enjoy. Set aside. Mix sherbet and cookies either by hand or in mixer if using different kinds to give a rainbow effect. Fold in whipping cream. Put into a 9 x 13 pan, put into freezer for at least two hours. Place in refrigerator over night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2-3 cloves of garlic                          1 tea salt&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tea pepper                                2/3 cup rice seasoned vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teas Dijon mustard                    1/2 tsp sugar&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup vegetable oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and refrigerate over night. Mix salad, dressing  2-4 hours before you want to serve.  Dice Avocados and add them with the pecans right before you serve. Dip chicken breast in butter and then into mixture. Put on a cookie sheet or 9x13 pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done. Served with mashed potatoes, rice and veggie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I serve this with bowtie past and marinara, its way yummy!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you don't want to use butter you can use water or milk to. Add syrup and eggs. Mix together. Add pumkin and mix. Mix flour and baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves in seperate bowl then Add to batter. Mix well. Drop onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min at 350. Cool on sheet for a few min, then cool on wire rack. I frost them with homemade cream cheese frosting, and Chanelle loves sprinkles on them. My family loves it when I make these cookies. I serve them at Halloween with hot cocoa and at Christmas with Homemade Eggnog. If you want a quick recipe that is close to these, use 1 box Spice cake mix with 1 small can pumkin pie filling. Mix them together, drop  on greased cookie sheet and bake for 11 min at 350. Cool for 5 min then finish cooling on rack. Put in crockpot and add the rest of the ingredients. Add water if needed. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and sour cream. When I brown the hamburger I season it with the chili powder. Then add more to make it spicy. Scones are my absolute fav.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1quart buttermilk&lt;br /&gt;2tbs. yeast&lt;br /&gt;2 tbs sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 eggs well beaten&lt;br /&gt;6tbs. oil&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp salt&lt;br /&gt;3tsp baking powder&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp baking soda&lt;br /&gt;6-9 cups flour (add until it looks right)&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Warm 1 cup buttermilk, add yeast, sugar oil and eggs. Stir well and add rest of buttermilk and dry ingredients. Stir and knead for 5 min. Let rise. Roll out 1/2 inch thick on flour surface. Cut into squares or triangles. Poke hole in middle and fry in oil until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;My family loves my scones, but if you need a faster recipe just use Rhodes frozen rolls. Thaw and then roll and fry. I like making mine from scratch but they both taste good.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;-Homemade Honey Butter&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup butter-soft&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup honey&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup Whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;1tsp vanilla&lt;br /&gt;Cream butter with honey. Slowly add whipping cream beating constantly until mixture is fluffy then add vanilla. Put in medium sauce pan and add 6 cups boiling water. Stir until dissolved and chips are melted. Keep warm on low heat.&lt;br /&gt;Serve with whipped cream or marshmallows.&lt;br /&gt;I make this every Halloween to go with my Chili and scones and Christmas to go with cookies. I actually have jars of it in my food storage so that I always have it on hand. In a large frying pan warm some oil. Just enough to fill the bottom of the pan and about a 1/4 inch deep.
